Darke Rural Electric Cooperative (REC), Inc. is a not-for-profit, member-owned electric distribution system serving the energy needs of more than 5,000 members in Darke, Preble, and Mercer counties in west central Ohio.

Operation Round-Up is a special fund created to benefit communities in the Darke REC service area. The purpose of Operation Round-Up is to accumulate and disburse funds for charitable purposes that will benefit the community.
